This is one of several CDTO Campus programs that combine practical knowledge and leadership skills necessary for effective public sector digitalization.
The Leadership Program for Women will run for six months, from April 4 to September 27, 2024. The training will consist of four modules, which will be held in the format of 17 weekly webinars and a two-day offline training in Kyiv in May. The program will culminate in a one-week study session in one of the top e-government index countries.
The training modules cover various areas, including the adoption of digital technologies in the public sector, current trends in digitization, effective management, and the development of non-technical skills, including communication, negotiation, and public speaking.
Program participants who attend 70% of the training modules (12 webinars) will participate in a study abroad session and receive a certificate of successful program completion.
We invite managers with at least 3 years of professional experience in middle management positions in executive government agencies or their subordinate institutions or companies who have participated in implementing at least two government digital transformation projects.
Applications will be accepted from March 1 through March 17. The application must be accompanied by a short letter of motivation and a curriculum vitae. Applicants will receive a response with the selection results in the form of an e-mail to the address specified in the application form by March 27 inclusive.
