What is Tallinn Mechanism?

On December 20, 2023, the ministries of foreign affairs of Ukraine, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Estonia, Canada, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, the United States, France, and Sweden established the Tallinn Cybersecurity Mechanism

The initiative seeks to systematically identify and address Ukraine's cybersecurity needs by aligning them with the resources and capabilities of donor countries for comprehensive support

The Tallinn Mechanism is a response to the increasing threat of cyberattacks from Russia and is dedicated to bolstering Ukraine's cyber defenses
