The Offline Training Session on the Art of Negotiations and Public Presentations for the Members of the “UNDP: Leadership Programme for Women Involved in Digitalisation of Public Services” Has Taken Place

The training session has become the ending of the webinars within the framework of the program. The students are going to take an educational trip to Sweden very soon

The first part of the “UNDP: Leadership Programme for Women Involved in Digitalisation of Public Services” is over.

The students have listened to the webinars of the program and attended offline training session in Kyiv. The last one has been dedicated to tools of successful negotiations and public presentations creating positive impressions.

The speakers of the event have included:

  • Oksana Hrabar, a business coach and a founder of the Training for Business Company;
  • Oksana Muliar, a journalist, a PR manager, a public presentation coach and a crisis communication specialist;
  • Dana Pavlychko, the Chief Impact & Partnership Officer of the Tokarev Foundation;
  • Catarina Nilsson, the council on the strategic digitalization issues of the UNDP in Ukraine.

During the training session, the participants have also familiarized with the digital transformation strategy of Sweden, where they are going to take an educational trip to learn about the best practices in the area of digitalization and exchange their experience.

20 female Chief Digital Transformation Officers from various public authorities are studying according to the 6-month program. The purpose of the course is helping female leaders in the area of ICT to improve their skills and competences required to create successful digital projects.

The program is being implemented within the framework of the «DIIA Support Project» implemented by UNDP in Ukraine with financial support from Sweden, together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and CDTO Campus.
