The Open Educational Session on Creation of a Human-Centered State from Tamara Srzentić Has Taken Place at the CDTO Campus

The educational event has been dedicated to creation of a digital human-focused state. The students have also learned how to use business practices in the work of the government and why innovations are not a panacea from all challenges, but merely a tool working due to humanity

The speaker of the open educational session has been Tamara Srzentić, the former Minister of Public Administration, Digital Society and Media, 42nd Government of Montenegro. She used to lead the reforms of policy and digital services at two administrations of California and is a leader of transformation of the world’s fifth economy.

So, Tamara Srzentić has told the students and the guests of the CDTO Campus about human-centeredness of the state and development of an efficient GovTech community, namely:

  • how to create the innovation culture at public organizations;
  • special features of involvement of competent professionals and establishment of efficient teamwork;
  • cooperation with digital solution suppliers;
  • integration of private sector practices into governmental procedures.
