The Studies from the Estonian ICT Cluster for the Long-Term Program Students Have Started

The students of the program are going to learn how to establish the digital society with efficient government, communications and public services. The program considers two modules in Ukraine and Estonia

‍

«The Estonian ICT Cluster: Building Digital Society» has been created in partnership with the lead specialists of the following Estonian companies: Civitta, Digital Nation, Proud Engineers, the Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV) and the Estonian ICT Cluster (ITL).

The speakers are going to conduct lectures and seminars for the students on the following topics:

• data interoperability, digital product design and working with artificial intelligence;
• digital identification and creating trustworthy e-services;
• cooperation with the private sector;
• legal and organizational management of digitalization, etc.

‍

The first module of the program is going to take place at the educational space of the CDTO Campus in Kyiv. Within its framework, the students are going to learn more about data protection and cybersecurity, research the Estonian and international experience in terms of improvement of public online services and study the architecture of the digital government.

‍

The second module of studies is going to be the educational visit to Tallinn. The students are going to visit governmental organizations and business companies, research how they implement digital projects and exchange their experience with Estonian experts.
