The program equips public sector managers with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively implement artificial intelligence in public administration, leveraging European best practices

The program was developed in collaboration with the International and Ibero-American Foundation for Administration and Public Policies (FIIAPP), a public organization that partners with the Spanish government to strengthen democratic governance and enhance institutional capacity.Participants will acquire comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in applying AI to public administration, leveraging the best practices of European Union countries, particularly Spain, while tailoring them to the specific needs and context of Ukraine.The program is designed to emphasize practical skills critical for the effective integration of AI tools into Ukraine's public governance. Core topics include AI implementation strategies, ethical principles of AI usage, legal frameworks, EU regulatory standards, and more.The curriculum comprises eight modules, each featuring three main components: theoretical sessions delivered by leading AI experts and group discussions, in-depth case studies on AI implementation in the public sector, and interactive Q&A sessions with program speakers.
